Loan Documents I can drive to the borrowers' place or meet them somewhere to help them sign your loan documents. I would be more than happy to furnish you with my fee schedule. Please contact me to request it. I understand that different companies have different fee structures. I am therefore willing to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Other Documents or Statements If you have one or more documents or statements that need to be notarized or a copy of Power of Attorney that needs to be certified, I can drive to your place or meet you somewhere. I offer a discount on the travel fee for multiple services rendered. See details below. plus Travel Fee: Locate your city below and if there is more than one service to be rendered (e.g. two signatures or a signature and a copy certification), deduct $5 for each additional service until the travel fee becomes completely waived. Just my own little way of saying thanks! for picking me :). See examples at the bottom of this page. I may also reduce or waive the travel fee as I see fit, such as for people I personally know or (will) regularly do business with, notarial or not. These fees are subject to change as they are dependent on current gas prices and vehicle insurance and maintenance costs. I reserve the right to charge an additional convenience fee as necessary such as for, and not limited to, real early/late appointments and/or real short notices, where early/late/short are subjective and would depend on my availability and other factors.

Some Examples:
You want me to drive to American Canyon to notarize a document that requires just one signature. In this case, I would charge $10 for the signature and $15 for the travel. Your total would then be $25.
If, in addition to notarizing the same document, you also need certification of a copy of a Power of Attorney, I would charge $10 for the signature, $10 for the certification, and $10 for the travel (a discount of $5). Your total would then be $30.
If say, the same document required two signatures, your total would be $35 ($20 for the two signatures, $10 for the certification, $5 for the travel).
If it required three signatures, your total would be $40 ($30 for the three signatures, $10 for the certification, $0 for the travel).
If it required four signatures, your total would be $50 ($40 for the four signatures, $10 for the certification, $0 for the travel).
